What Causes Hardness In Stomach And Pelvic Pressure During Pregnancy?

hello, im 34 weeks pregnant today and for the past two days my stomach has been hard as a rock with pressure in my pelvic area. I went to the doctors tuesday and the baby is turned and in position... is this anything I should be worried about and should I call my local hospital??

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion the tightness feeling of abdomen and pelvic pressure might be the signs of preterm labour.The causes of preterm pains
are dehydration,excess physical strain,any urine infections,vaginal infections etc.So I suggest you to consult doctor and rule out the cause.Take adequate fluids upto 3 litres to prevent urine infections.
