What Causes Hardness In Stomach?

Hi, I feel like I m pregnant but I ve had regular periods and when I took a blood pregnancy test I had less than 2 HCG in my system. Even with all this I m still paranoid. I d be around 16 weeks now. If I m not pregnant is it normal for my stomach to feel hard underneath the layer of fat? When I stand for long periods of time my abdomen also starts to feel uncomfortable. Is there any way the blood test was wrong and I m somehow actually pregnant?
