What Causes Having Pokes On Upper Left Chest?

hi, recently I ve been having pokes or (stabs) on my upper left chest , I m getting scared because I ve never felt this before. It is persistent , I m 18 years old . I excersize a lot , i think it may help if you new that . Any comments or tips will help . Thank you

Thanks for your question on HCM.
In my opinion it is muscular pain mostly due to exercise. But since it is left sided chest discomfort, we need to rule out cardiac cause first.
So get done ECG. It will come normal mostly as you are too young for cardiac disease. But better to rule out this by ECG.
Try to follow these steps for better symptomatic relief.
1. Avoid heavy weight lifting and strenuous exercise.
2. Avoid bad postures in sleep.
3. Take good painkiller and muscle relaxant.
4. Apply warm water pad on affected site.
