The fact that the pain wraps down into the chest and right breast is not typical of any type of headache, but it may be indicative of anxiety. Anyway, I would recommend consulting with your attending physician for a careful physical check up and some tests: - a chest X ray study - a cervical spine X ray study for possible chronic degeneration or bulging disk - complete blood count, PCR, sedimentation rate for inflammation or infection.
