Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

I would explain that anxiety can mimic all this clinical situation. But, before coming to this conclusion, I would recommend performing a cervical spine X-ray study in order to exclude possible chronic degenerations and consulting with an ENT specialist in order to exclude a possible inner ear disorder.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
