What Causes Head Pounding And Heart Racing During Bowel Movement?

The back of my head feels like it s going to explode when I use the loo to do No. 2 s in the morning. Doesn t matter if it s formed, soft or hard my head pounds and I can feel my heart racing like I m going to pass out. Can u tell me why this could be happening?

It seems to me as a reflective response to the effort during defecation, indipendent from the feces form. You know this is a bit personal, but I don't see any gravity on it.
