Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history about a 30 year old male having sudden attack of head spin,
vomiting, heavy sweating lasting for about 10 minutes, face became pale vomited and threw yourself in bed and rested for 4 hours. Head is still spinning. There was same situation 4 months back.
As per the history you have provided the following are the probable causes:
- Inflammation of the
inner ear.
- Tumor or some condition affecting the
vestibulocochlear nerve or
cerebellum.
I would advise you the following:
Consult your Doctor for clinical evaluation and examination and advise you for the reference to an ENT and/or
Neurologist for further clinical evaluation and investigations to get to the root cause and thus helps you with for proper diagnosis and management.
Till then, take full bed rest.
Do not drive, climb up or down the stairs.
Keep away from flames and water bodies.
Take the medicines properly till cured .
