What Causes Headache, Abdominal Pain And Bloating?

Hi , i been having headache with belly pain, bloating gassy and discomfort about 3 menthes and i have seen a several Dr for these problems that start from the morning till i go to bed. I don t know what to do anymore . I can not do anything because of constant headaches and belly problem and pain from being bloated . No body seems to know what is wrong with me.
