What Causes Headache After Tylenol Withdrawal?

Can you have withdrawals from Tylenol pm s. I have been taking them each night for my insomnia for the past 10 years. I read about liver damage and decided to stop cold turkey and now I m having headaches everyday and feeling really tired and fatigued...I am not myself. I have started taking Valerian root to help get myself to sleep and don t know if this is the strong effect of tiredness I am feeling, or withdrawal from T PM, or both?

Hello.Your headache is probably related to chronic use of Acetaminophen, not related to interrupted intake.
Drugs such as Naproxen are effective in treating your headache.
