What Causes Headache Along With Stomachache?
I have a headache, I m sore, I don t feel like getting up or eating. Also I poop a lot when I go to the bathroom and I have a stomach ache on and off. What is this? I woke up this morning and I felt super hot but no fever and had a feeling of nausea but no vomiting

In my opinion the symptoms you describe may be related to a viral infection.
I recommend you to consult with your GP and perform a routine blood test for infection. Other tests like a chest Xray , an abdominal ultrasound and a stool analysis may be needed.
