Critical Care Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

If the CT scan is normal, then it might be related to eyes, If such a Patient comes to me in my Clinic, I suggest him to consult an Ophthalmologist to get an Eye sight checkup done.

I will also suggest getting a few more Investigations done such as:
1) CBP
2) SERUM CALCIUM
3) SERUM MAGNESIUM
4) SERUM ELECTROLYTES
5) FBS & PLBS
6) HbA1C

And please consult your Physician along with this Lab reports.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Abdullah
