What Causes Headache And Dizziness After Hitting Head Against Metal?

I hit my head last night , when putting a chair away in my trunk. I came up pretty fast, and hit the metal part of the trunk that actually keeps it locked. I got a bruise almost instantly , and it was pretty painful. I went to bed, and woke up today , just with a headache. The bump is gone, but I am kind of dizzy. Should I go to the hospital, to get it looked at or no?

I had gone through the case and found that you must take ibobrufen once a day with antacid. if pain or dizziness increases then go for the doctor.
