What Causes Headache And Dizziness After Taking Bath?

hi sir...i am 29 year...i have been facing strangecold prblems for past 3 years...prblem is that after taking bath or little exercise(nasal sensitiveness) i feel headache and dizziness with negligible sneezing and sign of cold...after applying vicks on head its relieving...morning through noon...plz help...my work suffering a lot

Hi,

You symptoms might be due to allergic rhinitis. I advise you to:
- Take long term anti Histamine medicines
- Steroid nasal sprays.
- Avoid getting exposed to dust & always wear a mask to Protect yourself as there is no permanent cure for this condition
- physical exercises can be done
- Analgesics to get relieved of headaches
- Also Changing your regular soap or shampoo may reduce your symptoms (if it could be a trigger for your allergy)
- Consult nearby ENT specialist for further evaluation.
