What Causes Headache And Dizziness?

I passed out twicw four days ago and hit my head both times, i fell from the standing position, when it happened i felt a little dizzy afterwards for like 10 minutes but thats it. Now i am having a slight headache in the front of my head. i just turned eighteen.Should i go to the doctor to see if i have a concussion or do you think im fine?
