What Causes Headache And Dull Pressure In My Head?

Hi, I have been having a headache/migraine for the past month and a half, I ve gone to my family doctor, and have gone to the hospital. They took my blood sample and checked my electrolytes. I have no sensitivity to light or sound, but an ongoing pressure which feels like in the middle of my head to the front of my head. Sometimes it s dull pressure but other times it becomes intense and unbearable. I ve tried nasal sprays and neither of those have worked. I take advil and I ve tried Tylonol and Tylonol for headaches and nothing has worked. If I could find anything else I could do, it d be greatly appreciated. Also, I m 21 years old and a girl, if that helps at all.
