What Causes Headache And Left-sided Chest Discomfort?

Hi. I m 44 and started having palpitations very close to each other a few hours ago. That seems better but now I have a headache and my pulse is 98. I have this strange tugging feeling on the left side of my chest. And I have some nausea but I have had that off and on for a couple of weeks. Should I be concerned..I m not hurting but just not feeling good.

Hello,

The commonest causes of palpitations without underlying cardiac disease are anxietystress, smoking-nicotine, excessive coffee. As mentioned, palpitations associated with headache and chest discomfort suggested doing an ECG to rule out arrhythmias.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
