Welcome to H.C.M.
I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

1) Anemia causes leg cramps where you feel to move your legs even if you don't want to.
The reason is the lack of oxygen in the blood to nourish your leg muscles comparatively to normal people.

2) Anemia causes increase thirst so drink at least 8 glasses of fluids a day.

Water is the best choice; coffee and tea are both mild diuretics and can increase thirst

3) Anemia causes Headache, especially with activity.

Avoid pain killers for headache.
If necessary then take after doctor advise.

Continue follow up your treating doctor for regular check up including complete blood count and peripheral blood film.

Hope this answers your question.
If you have any query then please do not hesitate .
I will be happy to answer your questions.
