What Causes Headache And Loss Of Appetite?

Hello, i am a 13 year old filipino, i ve been drinking soda litre for 4 months, from december to march 2014 everyday, i stopped drinking after the summer, i nevrr have a blood sugar test before, 2 weeks back, i have a minor headaches and loss of appetite, few days later i have this thirst that isnt quenchable. I never vomit, have abdominal pain, nausea, fatigue, i cant tell the blurry vision since i am a near sighted for the past 3 years. I dont have the limb numbness and pain. Please help me

Regarding your concern, your symptoms may be related to an electrolytes imbalance or to any other metabolic disorders (including an adrenal cortex dysfunction).

I recommend consulting with the GP for a careful physical examination, a routine blood test, kidney and and liver function tests, blood electrolytes, blood osmolarity and urine osmolarity.

Further tests may be needed to establish the possible cause.
