What Causes Headache And Nausea?
Hi I fell backwards out the tub Friday and landed on my hip. Since I've been having headaches and slight nausea as well as stiffness in the neck and lower back pains. I know the neck and back pain is normal but what is causing the headache and nausea?

I understand your concern.i want to ask you whether you got hit your head or not you haven't mentioned about it.post trauma headache and nausea occur every time..if you hit your head i request you to go for a brain scan.
any how you can temporarily go for analgesics which relives headache and anti emitics like zofer 4 mg to relieve your symptoms after that still if symptoms persists i would like to advice you go for a brain scan
