Neurologist 's  Response
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your symptoms. They are suggestive of migraine.

In migraine, there could be repeated headaches, with nausea or vomiting. The headache lasts for more than four hours.

You should also ensure that your blood pressure is normal.

Medications such as beta blockers, topiramate, etc would help reduce the frequency and severity of headaches.

I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.

Wishing you good health,

Dr Sudhir Kumar MD (Internal Medicine), DM (Neurology)
