For the past 2 weeks I have been constantly nauseous and I have reoccurring headaches. Also, every now and then I get an overwhelming feeling of needing to puke. I haven't puked yet. Also, the symptoms seem to come and go because I can be okay for about an hour and then really bad. Also, the symptoms almost went away all last week and just came back yesterday. Please help!
Migraine could be one of the diagnosis if heahache are severe and unilateral but i will advice you to get an MRI also done to rule out other intracranial pathologies as it could be a secondary headache. you must visit a neurologist for proper history and examination. Treatment will depend on final diagnosis , till then you can take Tab Naxdom and tab Rantac for symptomatic relief.
