What Causes Headache And Short Term Memory Loss?

hello im a 20 year old female whos been having frequent mild headaches with short term memory loss. I've been having this problem for like a month now, it has gotten to the point where i would say something and didnt kno i said it. can u tell me what might be going wrong with me?
