Hi, my periods are very irregular and I have been to the er once for what they said was a cyst popping though it was never confirmed. The past few days now my nipples have been, which is the only sign that my period is coming. What's uncommon is that my lower abdomen is sore as well. Sometimes it shifts from my left ovary to my right and sometimes its the entire area. I've also experienced this persistent headache on and off plus I'm super cold no matter where I am. I took a pregnancy test and it came back negative. Any ideas what could be going on?
