Status of dehydration can be important to the development of headaches. I would recommend making it a point to drink at least 8-10 FULL TALL GLASSES of liquids daily (noncaffeinated).
Water is best and to see a doctor for the headaches if they have been around for long term.
If they are truly as you say, just 1 or 2 days in evolution and they are not causing things such as nausea, vomiting, photo or phonosensitivity (headache worsens with light or sound) then, they are most likely either due to lack of hydration, lack of proper or consistent food intake, or stress and tension.
If the headaches persist for longer than several days to a week it would be preferable to see a doctor as opposed to staying at home and trying to continue treating or overtreating them with over the counter (OTC) medications.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
