What Causes Headache And Swollen Shoulder Blades?

I have been having a headache for about 3 weeks and between my shoulder blades and my neck is swollen more my shoulder blades between. I have been having headache on and off. The swelling when down and now its back up again. I haven t been in any car accident or anything like that no fevers that I know of.

Hi,Thanks for your query. After going through your query I came to know that you have been having a headache and pain between shoulder blades. It may be due to tension headache and anxiety related pains. You should got CT scan of head to exclude other causes.I also advise you to get your VitaminD3 and Vitamin B12done to exclude there deficiencies.Till then you can take analgesic like diclofenac and anxiolytic such as alprazolam to relieve pain and anxiety. You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it. I do hope that you have found something helpful.
