hi i got hiv symptoms headache mouth sore white tongue excessive joint pain etc i have done hiv combo test at 3 month and 6 month and 12 month now, All result non reative 0.13 and .019 . still i am not well execcive symptoms do my result is 100% accurate

If the HIV test at 3,6, 9 and 12 months is all non-reactive, then you need not worry as you are not infected.

White tongue along with soreness is appearing to be due to fungal infection or yeast infection of tongue leading to Oral Thrush.

So my suggestion is to consult an Oral physician and get evaluated. A clinical examination and microscopy of scraping from tongue can help in confirmation.

If thrush is confirmed, then you can be advised anti-fungal medicines, like Nystatin mouthwash, suck clotrimazole lozenges and take oral antifungal medicine like Itraconazole or Fluconazole. Take Probiotics like Yogurt.
