What Causes Headache , Dizziness And Neck Pain?
My son has had headache neck pain dizziness when he walks ( 2 weeks) has been to ER who said check with your doctor. Er did CTScan blood work negative. Been to neurologist 2 times. Said its viral meningitis you need to rest. Still has headache and neck pain today. Dizziness has subsided. Does he need MRI??? Needs to go back Tuesday to neurologist

In my opinion if you were one of my patient I would strongly recommend MRI
If meningitis is suspected lumbar pucture should be done as well
