What Causes Headache, Dizziness And Vomiting While On Numlo At And Pinom?

my mother being a patient of Hypertension, and she was regularly taking Envas 5. For last three weeks her average BP was 190 210 at higher side.

So two days back we consulted physician & he changed the course to Numlo AT & Pinom 20.

From yesterday evening, she is having dizziness & headache with continous VOMITINGS. We checked the BP, which has reduced to 150/85. But her headache & vomiting is continued & she is not able to take any kind of food.

Pls. advise.

You should consult a neurologist for this headache and dizziness early. high blood pressure can cause intracranial bleeds, vascular headaches etc which can present in similar way. Continue taking antihypertensives regularly and try pcm 650 MG for symptomatic relief. Neurologist will examine you and may advice an NCCT head to rule out any serious cause of these symptoms. Visit a neurologist or your family physician early.
