What Causes Headache, Dizziness, Breathing Difficulty And Nose Bleeding?

My friend is 27 and very active in sport. However, from time to time, maybe once a month, he gets a sudden attack of headache, dizziness, his pulse drops to about 48 and he has difficulty breathing. The last time all this was accompanied by nose bleeding. What could the problem be?

Thank you for choosing HCM

It seems that you have a migraine. A migraine is a type of recurrent headache which is caused due to a trigger factor. A migraine does make a person feel that it is difficult to cure and also is distressing. Here are a few things that act as the trigger factor:
Cold
Fevers
Sunlight
Exercise

Other things can also cause problems. Here are a few things that you can start to do to help you:
Take a Paracetamol 500 when you feel you are about to get a headache
Drink lots of water
Sleep well and get at least 8 hours of sleep a day
Eat meals at regular times
Inhale steam mixed with Eucalyptus oil to clear the nasal passages

Follow up after 5 days. All the best.
Hope this helps you
