What Causes Headache, Dizzy, And Jittery?

Hi, I got a sudden spell of feeling hot, dizzy, and jittery. I turned on my air conditioning and then ate a salad, an apple, and some pancakes. After eating, I suddenly felt very cold...but still jittery and like I had a headache. I turned off my air conditioning and had to put on a sweater and a blanket. Any idea what s going on?

Hello!

Thank you for your question on HCM! I understand your concern.

Your symptoms may be related to a normal reaction of the body after eating too much with empty stomach, an allergic reaction or a viral infection (not related to eating).

I would like to know if you measured your body temperature. Feeling hot and jittery is sometimes a sign of the raising body temperature.

I would recommend you to consult with your GP if the symptoms persist and perform a routine blood test for infection.

Hope to have been helpful!

Greetings ! Dr. Aida
