Hello,

Headache is one of the most common symptoms after traumatic brain injury. Damage to any cranial tissues during trauma leading to neurogenic inflammation. Common type of treatment for occasional headache include:
- Over-the-counter pain medicines like Acetaminophen or ibuprofen after prescription
- Cold compressions can help
- Do yoga and meditation
- Avoid noise and bright light
- Avoid stress factors

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
