What Causes Headache During Gloomy Season?

Why does my headache when its gloomy outside?
I'm 18, 167cm and 58kg. I don't smoke and I'm an active/healthy individual. Ususally when its gloomy outside/ about to rain, I get headaches or feel dizzy/nausea. Sometimes i feel pressure behind my eyes too and I just want to go sleep when this happens.

There are seasonal variations in our mood and body rhythms. Do you feel anxious and depressed alongwith headache? If yes, you would require mood elevating medication. If this is only headache, take pain killers and you start prophylaxis with amitiptylline.
