What Causes Headache During Menatrual Cycle?

i just had my period. i just finished two days ago and i been having cramp feelings and also huge headaches. i been having to go to the bathroom a lot. i just started recieving a fever. also, i been waking up feeling like im about to throw up, but later on in the day i feel fine.What could this mean?
