What Causes Headache, Fatigue And Swelling In The Knees?

I have had heart palpitations for a month and a half, pains on left-side of chest, a low resting heart rate of 50, fatigue, pressure headaches and swollen knees. Blood tests came out good. I’m scheduled to do a heart stress test next week. Should I be concerned?

You should not be concerned. Because excessive worry can alter your heart tests reports. Be normal and wait for the results.
