What Causes Headache, Fever And Cough?
I have had worst headache for 2 days, now have developed fever and have had cough and at times it is productive......the productive cough comes and goes and has stuck around for 4 weeks. I have never had such a headache, especially one that has hung around for 48 hours straight.......head hurts every time I cough

You should get examined by a physician or Neurologist for possibility of meningitis. CSF examination and imaging may be required too.
