What Causes Headache Followed By Dizziness And Nausea?

today at work, i was fine.. then out the blue i had really clammy hands, then shortly after i had a headache followed by dizziness/ nausea/ an felt really really rough.... after consuming some sugary water solution some of the affects had subsided just now left with a head ache and a huge worry.... what should i do / what could it be?
