What Causes Headache Followed By Stomach Ache And Lower Back Ache?

Friday I woke up with a headache. It lasted about an hour then my stomach was upset got about 5 hours. Once that stopped I felt like someone kicked me in the back with a boot. The pain spread from my upper back to my lower back. That pain didnt go away until Saturday afternoon. I got diarrhea it has went from brown to green to now a greyish color. I am having random stomach pain. The diarrhea is coming out like water.

What ever the reasons are there but the diarrhea may be self limiting and dehydration is matter of concern, else it can not be checked but the underlying cause of this needs to be treated, here in your case if this is the viral infection then that may not need any treatment, sever kind of symptoms of course demands the symptomatic treatment.
Be patience because viral infection takes some time for coming around. persistence symptoms demands the medical attention.
