What Causes Headache In Back Of Head To Neck When Lifting Weights?

When lifting weights at gym a couple days ago, I got a headache more in the back of head to neck, but mostly disappeared when rested for 5 min. Today I was lifting and got the pain again, but on one side in back of head. What is causing this? Never happened before.

the pain is due to muscular spasm of trapegius and neck muscles.if you are a beginer doing first time, you will get it. other wise, if you give a gap of doing excercise, and start doing exercise , you will get the pain.treatment is rest ,hot water fomentation and diclofenac gel application to the part.
