What Causes Headache, Light Headedness And Humming Noise In Ears?
I have had a gristly crack noise in my upper cervical vertibrae (sounds like below atlas or atlas related) when I turn my head to the right. The sound occurs right after my neck turns from the left and passes the middle point of looking straight on. Headaches are frequent and there is a low pitched humming/cooing noise that I hear in my right inner ear semi often. I also feel light headed if I turn my head side to side more than a few times no matter the speed (not the same as dizzyness). The cracking noise has been going on since before March 2010 and I had a ski accident when I had a head on collision with a vast crevice in the ground created by an under snow river vein that could not be seen from a distance. The butt of my ski pole caught the bottom of my chin on the left side and pushed by bottom jaw into the top (up and to the right) violently damaging many teeth (bottom teeth broke the top ones) and I suffered a minor concussion (I wasn't going slowly). The dura in my lumbar seems much much tighter as well. I have had x-rays and see no fractures but no flexion extension shots were taken. Ideas? I can't make any logical sense of it with my knowledge.
