What Causes Headache, Nausea And Heaviness In Chest?
My chest feels cloudy if that makes any sense. Feels like I should have flem in my chest but I don t have any in my throat and Im not coughing any up. I have also had headaches on and off for the past 2 weeks, extreme sensitivity to sound, urinary tract infection for the past week and a half, nausea on and off for the past 2 weeks also. What is going on?

Your complaints suggest a need for cardiac and neurological work up, more so for a cardiac cause as breathing difficulty, chest heaviness and dizziness, headache is a common presentation of cardiac related condition.
A simple ECG chest is warranted.
A lipid profile, blood pressure measurement , electrolytes levels can give us idea regarding presence of any hypertension related condition.
Considering the risk involved, an urgent consultation to a local physician is very much advisable.
