What Causes Headache On One Side Which Radiates On The Upper Back?

Hi,I have been having a headache which is one sided and radiates to the upper back fro the past few days.I have got a brain scan and neck scan done.It just shows spondyolisis.Is the headache connected?

What can i take as an otc medicine.

Thanks for your question well you have spondiolytys yes your pain maybe related with this but you should try some medication like tab movax 2 mg bd and tab dicloran 100mg bd
