Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Her symptoms could be related to a sinus infection. The fullness after food could be related to acid reflux. Coming to this point, I would recommend consulting with her doctor for a physical exam, a sinus X ray study and some blood lab tests (complete blood count, PCR, ESR).

Hope to have been helpful!

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
