What Causes Headache Post An Endoscopy?
Hi. I had an endoscopy this morning. I ve had a headache all day, waves of nausea and zero appetite. I ve taken 800mg ibuprofen today and it hasn t helped. Am I having a reaction to one of the drugs I was given? I ve never felt like this even after surgery. I m very healthy and physically fit.

Endoscopy doesn’t cause head ache. It might be due to something else like sleep deprivation in the previous night or anxiety related to the procedure. You can take analgesics like Tramadol, which provide pain relief and you will get a good sleep too. As of now drink plenty of water and take rest.
