What Causes Headache Post Sex?

i experience headaches after sex. As I push for a come, I feel the headache building- it feels like a pull of the neves in my eyes and the front of my head. I am afraid to have sex, what do I do?
I quit smoking last week and have started exercising. I am 34years old.

if it is like a tension headache you can try a painkiller like diclofenac to treat headache. for prevention of headache you may need anxiolytics or drugs like tryptomer. If headache is severe and you think it is not related to anxiety you need to consult a neurologist or pain physician so that detailed history can be taken to rule any pathological headache and get relevant investigation.
