What Causes Headache, Spotting And Nausea When On Levest?

Hi I m on levest contraception I ve taken most apart from a few days when I lost the pack! This was a few weeks ago I started taking it again and I ve noticed I ve started getting side effects ie headaches, spotting, nausea, ect these symptoms are similar to pregnancy but test is negative. What should I do change contraception? I ve been on this around 5months. Thank you.

Hello,
Since you missed some of the pills, your cycle is no longer protected. Also, there can be some hormonal imbalance due to irregular intake of the medication. This is likely for the symptoms. Please ask your consultant for a proper clinical evaluation. You may need additional hormones go solve the issue. Hope this helps.
