What Causes Headache, Stomach Cramps And Constipation In A 68-year-old?

Re: 68 y.o. female- Symptoms started Friday with a tired feeling and swollen glands. Saturday very tired, accompanied by slight headache (usually does not have headaches). Yesterday, started losing her voice. Today, has had stomach cramps and gone to the bathroom some half dozen times in the past 4 hours. Usually excreting little, if any. Nose stuffy. Thank you

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It seems to be the multiple symptoms it is very unlikely having some illness at the most it can be some viral infection, else the allergic constitution is likely, try to change the diet, antihistamine can be tried, swelling gland may be nonspecific (Here the site of gland not being mentioned) drinking plenty of water may helps in stuffy nose, diabetes needs to be ruled out if this is the history of polyurea.
