Your symptoms might be due to
Tension Headache, because of the
muscle contraction of head. Also your symptoms may be due to Hypoglycemic headache, even missing or delay in consuming food can result in that.
Usually such headaches presents with Nausea, vomiting,

1. To take Analgesics like Naproxen /
paracetamol & Triptans
2.Caffeine drinks
3.
Neck massage 4. Relaxation & Stretching exercises & YOGA
5. Avoid exposure to light, noise etc
6. Have timely scheduled food intake.
