What Causes Headache With Head Spinning While Laying Down?
When I lie down in bed I get really fast spinning sensation that leaves me feeling very dizzy. It occurs quite regularly although not everytime. I am also experiencing a lot of headaches lately alongside a flare up of rheumatism. What do you think this could be?
