What Causes Headache?
Hi I have a question? Today I was playing the choking game and didn t think it was dangerous I only play it once just today my first time I never done it before and I didn t know the dangers of it and now I m scared because my head kids A hurts and was wondering if ill be safe or if it clear up?

Choking game is a very dangerous game. There are many cases of children who have died or remained with brain damage playing this game.
The sense or euphoria that you feel during the game is caused by the brain hypoxia and the induced hyperventilation. So the brain cells suffer the loss of oxygen during this short period. If the period lasts more , it can cause irreversible damage to the brain cells causing their death. The headache you have is usually normal after this game. I assure you it will go away in some hours. I would recommend acetaminophen for the pain, and a lot of oxygen during this time, avoid closed environments.
I would recommend you not to play this game any more, for your safety.
