What Causes Headache,dizziness And Nausea?

hello uh well to begin i ve had serious headaches for the past 2 or 3 months. They are constantly there, never leaving, but they vary in pain. They bring lots of dizzyness and nausea with them though. It makes it hard to concentrate on tasks and keep myself balanced and steady. And sometimes i feel a pressure in the right side of my skull. It goes away and comes back but its been getting more frequent recently. Any ideas as to what it may be?

Thank you for choosing HCM

I have gone through your query and feel that you have a migraine. A migraine is a recurrent type of headache and is started off by a trigger factor.

A migraine happens due to the dilatation of blood vessels in the head which cause the pain. Also, a migraine has aura symptoms like dizziness which can cause problems. Here are a few things you can do to help you:
Inhale steam mixed with Eucalyptus oil to clear the nasal passages
Drink lots of water
Sleep well and get at least 8 hours of sleep a day
Take a Paracetamol 500 when you feel you are about to get a headache
Eat meals at regular times

Try these for the next 5 days and then follow up. All the best.
Hope this helps you
